This was the best I could do in the circumstances. My right knee seems to be giving way and I was too worried about the possibility of sliding down the cliff edge and plunging to my death - I am not exaggerating. I bet I will have nightmares tonight!  

Update: I have replaced this shot with one taken from a different angle and added it as the extra.
