Gotcha!

A stroll in the garden to see what I could blip and, for once, this little chap was obliging.

My day started by waking very early (rolls her eyes!!!). A bit later Josh rang to say his car wouldn't start and could I go over to jump start it. Quick wash, changed and was just about to leave when he rang to say it had started. The rest of the day seemed to roll by without doing too much.

After supper 9 of us, yes 9, went off to pub quiz. Well, we were leading from the off...1st round, 2nd round... Ooh and 3rd round. Ahhh... But then came the 4th and final round. A numbers round of 6 questions and the answers are numbers e.g how much is an adult ticket into the Tower of London or how many medals did China win in the Olympics. At the end you add all 6 numbers up for a total and it's the one who has the correct or nearest that gets top marks....well, we came last in this round making us come 4th out of 14 teams. It was great fun though and as the three top teams get a monetary prize, the quiz master felt a little sorry for us (after taking the mick ;-))) and gave us £5. Such fun :-)
