Homeward Bound

I decided to go for a stroll across the fields after my evening meal.......not much wildlife about and for quite a while it looked like the sunset was going to be a washout too. Then for the briefest time ( literally just a couple of minutes) the lower sky turned to gold and a flock of birds photo-bombed the shot.......for once I was in the right place at the right time :-)
