Fireworks over Stockbridge

Today's the last day of the Festival and the fireworks had been moved to match it. The estimate was for 250,000 spectators so I decided against watching from the city centre and wandered up to the Inverleith boating pond instead. I didn't think the display was all that great this year to be honest but maybe it was better close up.

Earlier, it was such a nice day that we headed down to the beach at Tyningham, had lunch sitting out in the sunshine, went raspberry picking on the way home. Rasps, ice cream and whippy cream for tea. Ace!
