I Wish To Lodge A Complaint

But, sadly, I don't know who would care.  

Is there possibly a more annoying device on the face of this earth than a leaf blower?  How about a leaf blower whining away on Sunday morning?This gentleman is a neighbor, although I haven't had the pleasure of meeting him.  He lives across the water from me.  Just for perspective, I put my back step view of him, his leaf blower and his house in Extra.   The noise I can't blip and I wouldn't want to do that anyway.  

He has a very long driveway and a lot of leaves to deal with so the noise was with us for nearly two hours while he diverted every single leaf he could find to a large pile which I hope will blow back on his driveway very soon.  I was tempted to remind him that HE LIVES IN THE WOODS!  He might have anticipated having to put up with leaves when he bought the place.   As of this evening, his driveway had been sullied by more leaves since we have a bit of rain knocking them off the trees.  Unless he goes to work in the morning I'm sure he'll be back at it.   Needless to say, there was no wildlife in sight this morning since I don't think they like that thing any better than I do.
