Day 12: Left to our own devices

Our hosts, Alain and Carleen, left today for their holiday in Corsica, leaving us in charge of their house and their two dogs. So far, we are coping without them! The dogs are a bit unnerved, waiting for their owners to come back, but they will get used to it.

This morning we went to the market in the local town, piled high with melons, apricots and nectarines. Then we strolled down to the village and back again. This is the view from just down the road. Worth viewing large
