Happy things

There seems to have been an unusual amount of sad news knocking around today so in an attempt to restore some balance here is a happy dog and a list of happy things from my day:

Dog walk at Chiswick House
Rummikub (J won 3 games against Carl today - his happiness is immeasurable)
Lunch, cards (military rummy) and matinee theatre trip (The Play That Went Wrong) with Anna
Jackson giggling his head off at People Just Do Nothing
Cocktails with a very good friend
Sleep

And my youngest niece confounding all anxious expectations and delivering a splendid set of GCSEs that give her all the choices we feared were going to be taken away from her.
