County Fair Number Three

While my wife Lisa went with daughter #1 to the hospital (gall bladder) for an operation, I went with daughter #2 and Merrick to the Genesee County Fair.

As for the animals, going clockwise:
-The ram had some gnarly horns.
-The cow was getting a bath.
-The horse had on a colorful "thunder jacket."
-The bunnies were waiting to be judged.
-The 2nd horse was embarrassed by its new "haircut."

As for Merrick:
He is throwing a football by its nose,
and he's on the horse in a rodeo pose.
He's eating fair food...(it's a corn dog),
and he's sitting with his momma on a log.

I did pull a no-no camera stunt today. I decided to go with my back-up (it's much lighter), and I thought the battery was charged. WRONG! I got 77 pictures out of it, and it went dead. @#$%^&*()!!!! Like the horse with the haircut...embarrassing.

Tomorrow...a day care trip with Merrick's class to a small zoo in our state capitol of Lansing.
