Women's Work

Been wanting a blip of a woman whitewashing her house... apparently, it's a woman's job, and you're considered a bit of a slut (old meaning; see comments) if you don't do it, inside and out, every year. The town gives out free whitewash, as well as the coloured stuff to do the outlines, to any residents who apply for it.

No wonder the villages look so white.
