Night trip

A lot of rain through night and no let up for quite a while once we were up. Bailey was very reluctant to be out in it for even the shortest of times so we stayed in and I got on with my stalled sewing having pinned it before we went away. All done bar the hem and I will do that at home. 

The rain stopped and there was even a little blue sky late on this afternoon so we decided to head to Arnside in hope of a sunset after tea. Too much cloud cover to turn the sky above the bay pink but we did get some golden light and a hot air balloon to add to the scene.
