Bricks and mortar

Another day, another house viewing (property not pictured). As predicted, I fell in love today. I just knew I would. However, I now have to wait until the end of the week for final valuations and bank appointments to be (inevitably) told I can't afford either. Looking forward to that. 

I opened an email today which informed me that I now have eight weeks before the Birmingham Half Marathon. This information forced me out of bed and into my running shoes. A really difficult 10km with ridiculous amounts of stops. What has happened to me? I'm going to blame the heat and the lure of the blackberries. 

The rest of the day was spent mooching around and buying furniture (with my eyes) for my (probably out of reach) new house.
