The Singing Ringing Tree

I've blipped this Panopticon before, but it looked good against today's sky. It's a wind powered sound sculpture resembling a tree set in the landscape of Crown Point overlooking Burnley.
It was unusually quiet today as there was little wind - but lots of rain :-(
