Flower Friday

---with a twist of 'angle'. This was taken at a steep angle from underneath as it sits up high on the window sill. Hence the high key effect. Thanks to BikerBear for the continuing FlowerFriday challenge.
Tonight was the first football (soccer) match for the season. It was a fun night at the VIP club again and a chance to catch up with friends we haven't seen since last season. On the menu was my favourite local dish which I rarely eat as it is very naughty. Blunzengröstl or black pudding, potatoes, onions and spices slowly roasted in a pan. Washed down with my favourite Grüner Veltiner. We also won 3-1, was warm and it didn't rain so it was a good night all round.
