Another couple...

...of things ticked off the summer bucket list today.

We climbed Duncryne Hill just outside Gartocharn. This is the hill that Tom Weir climbed everyday. It's a half hour round trip up and down but the views along Loch Lomond are spectacular. Great reward for very little effort.

We then headed on to the village of Luss for a scone with jam and cream...yum! Had a wee wander round Luss in the sunshine then headed in up the Loch side to Crianlarich. Stopped off at the Falls of Falloch too.

Was nice to drive back from Crianlarich in the daylight. That drive is generally done in the dark by us after our day trips to Oban.

Grateful for web search that alerted me to the Duncryne Hill walk.
