Sunset

Stiff from my exertions yesterday and Tuesday, I went for a walk in the Estate to stretch my legs. However, I met a guy I know who was out running so I ran back with him. I'm not sure the run was the best thing for my legs, but it was good to chat.

Can't let the day pass without acknowledging the magnificent Brownlee brothers.
