Beautiful

Having slept for 9 hours by 05:00, there was nothing to do but eat and check out of the Tarf Hotel [extra]. There was lots of mist, with a Brocken spectre as it cleared, and once I'd got to the top of Carn a' Chlamain the summits were clear above a sea of cloud [pictured]. Decided to take in Beinn Mheadhonach to keep up high and was rewarded when, just before the summit I found myself amongst a heard of red deer [extra]. Dropped into the cloud and was back in Blair Atholl at 11:00, just in time for the next train back.
