So no great energy for the upcoming week; the boys slept and slept; and I finally got them up and out to home around 0830; before ploughing into a mere 75 e mails.

Also - helpfully - the gaffer had papped the SWF stuff to me this week so I had 5 to do that afternoon, so I had a gentle morning logging them in and then went out on the bike to South Queensferry via Granton and then back into town; a brief lunch at hers, before completing a loop around Leith and home.

And that was that. Unfeasibly tired by it all; a n evening of 3 loads of washing, bed making, tidying and a call from Maw. Before staying up far too late to watch cycling....

It's gonna be a long week getting back into real life, I can see it now.
