A real ....

..... treasure!!
This beautiful Orchid is just beautiful, almost all the blooms out, but just in case some fade I thought I would blip it today.
I've been to the pool today, not knowing whether I'd be able to hold the equipment I use, however I coped , not without pain but I worked through it. I amazed myself by actually swimming for 20 minutes of my 50 minutes excercise/swim , and it was continuous too . So I do feel a little virtuous!! Then I called onto the garden centre to get the car cleaned and as Costa was calling I just had to have a toastie and coffee ( as you do )!! Sitting there alone looking at the plants I felt sad I couldn't share my pleasure with someone, but hey ho that's how it goes.

Happy ..... to have been able to swim for 20 minutes.
