Our day out at Sheffield Park yesterday and a walk around the garden today !!
It is so hot again today, it just doesn't suit me! Yesterday I took walking poles to walk around the lake , both my hands are so very painful now especially my left thumb! So apart from going out to my Monday evening group it's take it easy time for me??
Well done team G.B. second in the medals table woo that's some hard work and in the heat too, Andy Murrey's 4 hours play ! However do they do it!!!
