Toward Hoy

I got the bus out to Sandwick intending to walk along to Yesnaby and then north to Skara Brae, but it wa such a beautiful day that I decided to head south from Yesnaby along to Black Craig then Stromness. It was beautifully sunny the whole way but the wind was pretty stiff. It was nice to see juvenile stonechats and wheatears and the arctic and great skuas.
