A outing this afternoon to the Stirlingshire village of Aberfoyle  to visit friend M and my wee friend Togbe the Border Terrier.  

I'm so caught up with the Olympics this evening that I keep writing rubbish that's full of spelling mistakes.  I can't multitask and the Olympics have won.  Well done Justin Rose and Max Whitlock and I know there is more to come.
