Up and over

I was a bit of a nuisance yesterday with my walking pals as my watch battery had failed. Today's mission was to get a new one fitted which we did first thing and incorporated a walk back along the coast. We knew the tide was coming in and we had to climb onto a narrow ledge path to gain access to the next part of the beach. A lady mentioned to us that she didn't want to see us in the news later. We made it safely but I don't think we will want to repeat the climb any time soon. This is a view which we saw later, knowing we would have to climb up and over the top. It's easier than it looks and the weather was good walking weather this morning. It's become rather hot this afternoon. We had a nice chat on FaceTime with our son in Calgary this afternoon.
