Coffee Box

I met Ann, who'd gone in before me as I was still in my dressing gown, in the Swan Cafe Bar for a cup of coffee (I'd dressed by this time). The coffee can be variable there, today it was not good, so Ann bought a takeaway from Stratford's newest, and smallest, coffee outlet, newly opened on Waterside. Incidentally it's great to see the motorbikes back on Waterside after their banishment sometime back by a petty minded council that didn't realise the draw these great machines make.

We sat on a wall in Bancroft Gardens and watched the people and river activity on this lovely summer's day.
