Gold for Jess and all the Gold Medallists!!!!!

Congratulations to Jess, this has been a fantastic competition and won in style!!! She has risen to the challenge with steely determination and she never faltered!! Well done!!! She is a fantastic role model for so many girls and young women all over the world.

The Olympics have occupied most of today, but whatever......there will be loads of time to catch up on my activities when they are finished!! If the athletes can spend years of hard work training, I can at least spend time supporting them and cheering then on from home. My heart rate has increased, settled and increased so many times with the excitement!!!
