Kendal

I had one of those conversations, today, which I often seem to have with people who live and work in Kendal, about how the town is just getting it wrong. Maybe being a 'successful market town' isn't what we should be aiming for. Certainly I wish it was a place where more people went for a pleasant evening out.

But then there was this lovely colourful pagoda(?) at the top of Finkle Street and, I later realised, the chap photographing his kids. I hope they were enjoying themselves.
