The end ... for now
This afternoon was the post-Pride Arty Party on the final day of the 'Pride Without Prejudice' group exhibition at St Margaret's Church of Art which has been on for the last two weeks. Shell - a community film maker and member of the Pride Collective - made an impromptu art installation of rainbow coloured beach umbrellas in the middle of the exhibition space, and this is a detail from them.
I made just enough money from selling my mounted prints and cards to cover the cost of hiring my exhibition space, but got some great feedback and some ideas for photography projects including a possible collaboration.
It was a lovely end to a very busy couple of weeks. And the date is already set for Norwich Pride 2013.
If you click here you will see the images that were in my solo exhibition at Cafe Bar Marzano 'A Celebration of Pride'.
