Picnic with a Calf

That's better, a sunny day and warm too, and mostly it's been dry!  Lovely sunny evening :)

Working in the museum all day, and wishing I could have been out enjoying the day.  With the sunny weather, it's been quiet in the museum.  There has been folk about for Boat Week, mainly for the trips out on boats around Lerwick harbour.  Nipped down to Cunningsburgh this lunchtime.  After tea, a mad rush to get to work in the pub.  Hopefully finish early, nip to Lerwick and see sister Julie and family, who are down from Unst for a few days.  

The Cunningsburgh Show has been on today, and what a great day for it.  Met un with loads of friends and family whilst there.  The local crafts were fantastic as usual, so were all the animals and local produce.  While I was walking about, I spied this two young lasses enjoying a picnic, much to my surprise, so was the friendly calf too.  Maybe a pet?  Hope he won a prize for being a friendly boy,  and a Shetland breed cow too.
