Hard to believe ...

... that this was today; so hard, in fact, that I'd clean forgotten taking it at 5am and was contemplating blipping a pic of a large red jellyfish in an unprepossessing grey sea under a grey sky in a grey mood (mine) ...

But this was indeed this morning. When I went to bed the sky was clear, and this is obviously  the arrival of the cloud from the west, the cloud that by mid-morning was favouring us with fine, dripping rain. But I was so taken with the vanishing pink dawn that I staggered to the window with my iPad before going back to sleep - and I didn't need to shut the curtains to keep the sun out.
