Fish and Chips

We are running a children's holiday club this week which is supposed to be taking place in a fish and chip shop called Rocky's Plaice. There are films featuring Rocky and his rather daft sister which we show each morning. So there is a big fishy theme going on in the artwork on the walls. In this one most of the church's members names are written on the smaller fish, following the big 'Jesus' fish. We had 45 children come along today - 11 more than yesterday! They were very well behaved but also very noisy! My ears were ringing at times.

I was mainly running the music side of things, playing guitar etc. The singing was really enthusiastic, so very encouraging!
