On the other side

Driving into haar can be spooky and mysterious and beautiful, especially when bridges and causeways are involved. Always at the back of your mind is the small thought that you may not find anything on the other side.

Today though I was driving out of the haar and into glorious sunshine. The point where the two met was halfway across No2 Barrier and on the other side there was a cluster of people with cameras who had taken advantage of the car park to try and capture the seen. We all agreed that the best spot to take a picture would be mid barrier as that's where the light was sparkling but also that it would slightly made to stand in the middle of a road in the mist.
