First Gold!

An outstanding performance on this first day of competition was done by Red Squirrel in the floor gymnastics, held in the dirt pit by the Honeylocust tree. The still photos do little justice to his agile and quick movements. In the first extra is his thankful wave to the cheering audience. The other extra shows the long jumping pit, where practice is still going on for next weeks track and field events.We at the headquarters did get a formal complaint from Mr Chip Munk, who is tired of always having to be the measuring line. He would rather jump as well.
The water venues were inspected today for upcoming events there. Permanent inspectors were placed on those sites due to some...concerns.
