Requiem in Pace

Buzz, to his mates, fell at the last hurdle. Well to be honest he was murdered at the last hurdle by a spider. 
The Alternative Olympic Games begin today. Buzz would have been a star of the UK team, had he lived. 

In other news the solitary bee I watch enter the joints of my shed has just carried in yet another green caterpillar. This is all new behaviour for me, never having seen a pollinator using bugs as food, presumably for offspring to munch on.
