The Dog (Not) Oasis

It didn't come as a total surprise to me that my appointment with J at the Dog Oasis had been changed to an earlier date than originally intended. After all, I am a poodle, and poodles like to look nice when they meet. Even if they are Adventurous Explorers.

So I tried my best to put up with it. Bath, special schampoo, conditioner, blow drying, scissors, face and paw shave, claw clipping, ear toilette. And then some. Sigh... If this is an oasis, I would steer my camels elsewhere if I had a choice.

Yes there is a clue in there somewhere...
