The Lord of the Rings!

Well not quite!  Matt gave it his best shot but couldn't make the distance, unlike several of the juniors who managed to remain dry.

Today it was the Sprint Championships with the qualifier in Moor of Alvie and the final around Badaguish Outdoor Centre.  Afterwards the juniors and coaches had a go on the rings as tradition requires and then had a chilly swim in Loch Morlich in the rain before warming up with hot chocolate in Aviemore.   Wednesday is rest day so they have had time to come round and rest up before the final two days of training.
