The therapeutic journey

Difficult today. Had a complete crash at work at lunchtime, had to go and sleep in the car for twenty minutes. It's as if the floor swallows you up. And I had to work quite hard on anxiety levels at one point. Oh well ... Did the gym again. Turned down cake at work. Took breaks and did some breathing exercises ... Just have to work at it ...
