Calm Before the Storm

A day of driving - distilleries and lunch in Port Ellen, coffee at Ardbeg and the tour of Lagavulin. Don't think they appreciated it when they said their large multinational owner was a good employer and I retorted that they might not think that in Kilmarnock.
Did our good deed for the day when we gave an American honeymoon couple a lift back into town. They had flown into Glasgow from San Francisco a mere seven hours before, a different paced holiday from ours.
We just got back before the rain and later that evening a gale blew up. Stormy night, but the wind doesn't show in this twilight picture.
