Holiday Monday

Happy August!  Today is a holiday in Canada.  Just a civic holiday here but Natal Day in Nova Scotia (where my son lives) and Terry Fox Day in Manitoba (where my sister lives).  I was living in Manitoba when Terry Fox was attempting to complete his Marathon of Hope...and was filled with great excitement and anticipation as he would have run past my high school.  What an incredible young man he was...

A rather dull day here but warm...sometimes dull works with photos  : )
