A Relic

This is a relic of WWII, the building was a base for setting decoy fires to mislead German bombers on their way to bomb the docks at Liverpool.
It is just within a local nature reserve, the local graffiti artists have raised its profile. Those of a certain age will recognise the building design as an air raid shelter. I think it qualifies as Derelict.
