Foxed ?

Now, this one really does have me foxed. It’s one of the most colourful and unusual flowering shrubs in the garden.
But what’s it name?  I have to admit this one really has got me foxed.  It’s flower is almost like a sugar candy in appearance. Fluffy, and looking almost good enough to eat.
Yet I never did get to identify it from the experts nor to learn its name. So on this one I am afraid I must rely on my fellow blippers.

I am sure that someone will quickly put me wise!
