The Hot Seat

ThIs isn't my chair, but my seat was pretty hot today from my preparation for my next course, starting on Monday. Because there are 3 CELTAs running simultaneously (1 morning with 12 trainees, 1 morning with 18 trainees, and 1 evening course with th 12 trainees) we all have to co-ordinate so that trainees don't think, 'I want to be on that course' etc. It's a real pain to be honest and for me potentially results in compromising in things I'd rather not. Ho hum. Anyway, another productive day and in school tomorrow with a little more work at the weekend. Looking forward to working with Philippa again and the trainees all look nice from their profiles!
