Beside the Seaside

The town was heaving when I nipped down to Cromer to send a parcel. I was very lucky to find a parking space and people were three or four deep on the pavements. Must be the start of the school holidays. People were sitting outside the cafes drinking cappucinos or  queuing for fish and chips. Down on the beach a surfing lesson was in progress,  and families were splashing about in the water and picnicking on the foreshore. 

In three months time it will be a sleepy  little coastal town again.
