Tired emotional kinda day

Day started at 5am
Not great when still feeling rough
By 8am tempers were short
Wom, in desperate need of sleep refused it
At 10am I gave in and we all went back to bed
Munchie slept
Wom happily watched me tumble and looked at books and I just lay there feeling grim

Lunch was frustrating
They helped make
Omelettes, then refused to eat them.

Wom
Eventually slept

Went out to get fresh air, Wom sobbed.

It's been a long day
I am sure it's just tiredness from both
Tomorrow has to be better
