A Rubbish Present

This lovely bag was a birthday pressie and arrived through the letterbox all the way from New Zealand.  It's made of upcycled plastic packaging and the plastic packaging was my friend's own rubbish.  I love it and used it for the first time today when I had to go into the school where I start a CELTA on Monday next week .  I'll be running two CELTAs back-to-back in August and September like the last few summers.  For regular blippers you may remember that I only worked one week of my annual two monthly stint before I broke my foot!   The bag is designed to carry weight and is lined.  It carried a couple of books today and attracted more than a couple of looks of interest on the metro!  Thanks C.....you'll also be interested to know I popped into the little cafe bar just across from IH to check if they're open in August.  If I'm allocated a class on the ground floor it's easer to go there for coffee during the 15' break in teaching practice than up to the school cafe.  It's open for weeks 1 and 4 of the course so they'll get my business then!
