Another Hoverfly.....

I've been blipping along the canal today and had a great time but in the main my subjects were Hoverflies and flowers;  I liked one of the flower shots but on Jack's advice I've posted the insect.

Today I was supposed to do a Pilates class and bake a cake (amongst other things)  but I'm not in the mood for either and so I've procrastinated  -  my other half tells me it's the thief of time!

Other things happening today, yet more depressing news from France  -  it seems there's to be no respite from this savagery just yet.  Thoughts and sympathy to the French people.
