Proud Grandparents

Bit of a blur of a day, between 40C+ heat and only getting home from the airport about 3am.

But we have definitely been the proud grandparents, showing Zion and Allegra off to whoever we could. Folk here all understand - a lot of their grandchildren are away as well, with unemployment as high as it is here in the Alentejo.

When it eventually started cooling off, at about 10pm, we walked up to Mora's main square, where Zion was fascinated by the intermittent fountain. Extra of Allegra with her Mummy.
