Empowerment...

I'm quite liking this recent project I've been put on.  I'm just inside the edge of knowledge with it so I know a fair bit about it but at the same time it presents interesting learning and pushing of boundaries.

Today I had to recommend to a full project about shifting a release date which I reckoned was pretty risky where it was.

It was very empowering being able to express the risks and solution knowing full well all the details and implications and being able express the coherently.
