Mabel #2 likes to just flop and lie in the sea...

I have been friends with J & N for the last twenty years or so when we once all lived in Manchester - & it's great to always just pick up where we left off the year (or 2) before... x

Edinburgh (Portobello) is now home for them.

Lots of laughs, eating, drinking, chatting, walking, beach, endless cups of tea (they love tea more than I do!!!), & then repeat all of the above again and again and again...

So chilled, & relaxed - a sign of good friendships.
And even times when we all just flop, fancy a cat nap, silence, reading the newspapers, reading a book (kindle for me), gazing out of one of the many windows out to sea (bliss!), & often getting lost around the house - it's huge and over three storeys.

And then it all starts again... repeat...

A lovely weekend... just one special someone missing... xx
