Yellow Hello

I am pleased to see the first of these Rudbekias, although it seems quite early for them - let's hope they keep flowering until October!
We saw friends for coffee this morning and enjoyed lunch outside.
And then....JF realised he hadn't got his watch on. Where was it?
We searched. No watch. But I was sure it was in the house, so had to get on with other things!
More searching, wondering..remembering that this was a special watch..
Just as I went to bed, I decided to have another look in his dressing gown pockets. What I never realised was that men's dressing gowns have a small breast pocket. And there it was!!!
We slept well, after all.
