5 Today!

Woohoo P is 5 today!

We've had a super awesome day today celebrating P's birthday. We had a lazy morning of opening presents. She got some really wonderful, thoughtful gifts and has been very spoiled by all her family and friends.

We then made our way to Gulliver's Land theme park with cousin C. Thankfully it was a bit cooler than previous days and we all had a good time riding the roller coasters and getting wet on the log flume! A was a real daredevil and went on everything!

On the way home we stopped off to meet G&G at Frankie and Benny's for a birthday tea. P had a nice surprise when the happy birthday song played and everyone in the restaurant sang to her as the My little pony cake was carried out. She loved every second and I'm so glad that she's had such a brilliant day.

I'm still in shock that she's actually 5. I've managed to keep her alive for 5 years! I'm useless at keeping plants alive and when she was first born I honestly thought 'I'm not cut out for this'. But here we are 5 years later. My gorgeous little squishy baby is now a beautiful, clever and kind young girl. I'm so lucky to have her and I hope she knows how much she is loved.
