Goggles

Well a text whilst I was at work confirmed that Alana didn't see the bike ride as a substitute for swimming so I went swimming with her after work. We did half a mile which is more than I thought I'd be able to - it's been years. I was a bit shocked at the price. A bike ride or a run is just as much fun and a lot cheaper. Oh well, what price can you put on your health and quality time with daughter? I'm going to ache tomorrow!
